Job Description:

- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Resolve work related problems
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Administration of investor files in the accounting department, with an emphasis on International clients (Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients)
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Liaison between Mandarin and/or Cantonese referrals/investors and our office staff
- Verify legal foreign documents/IDs submitted in Mandarin/Cantonese
- Prepare and/or translate documents for Mandarin/Cantonese clients
- Maintenance of all financial data in the loan management software
- Assist in developing and tailoring the loan management software to fit our reporting requirements
- Prepare and submit reports. Preparation of financial reports for internal and external users
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised

- A college degree in bookkeeping, accounting or a related subject is required
- At least 2 years of experience in the field is required.
- Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is required. Many clients are Mandarin or Cantonese speaking. Their respective referral partners also speak Mandarin as a first language. This role is essential to ensuring all parties understand the relevant documentation.

Salary: $25.27 to $28.00 hourly, 35.00 to 40.00 hours per week

Important information: Work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The worker will have 1 hour lunch. Flexibility on schedule is required.
