Please look up the Ontario Second Career program. It was instituted in 2006.
and it's a $28,000 grant given to anyone on EI to upgrade their skills via
multiple government funded business and tech programs. Not only does the government pay for the course, they also pay for your travel, rent and living expenses. AND help you find work
by registering you in a government funded agency.

I'm a career counselor and i help people find work through various agencies.
And I also help people with the paperwork to help them get the grant. And get
them in touch with college/campus admins.

my request is 1% but ONLY AFTER i get you the grant.
i don't ask for anything before.
i also fix resumes, help with interview skills,
get people agency contracts, and call references etc for $40

If interested, hang on to this link from the government of Ontario website
and drop me a line
